This is the Facebook page of EEOC Commissioner Chai Feldblum. Under Commissioner Feldblum, the EEOC has been revitalized as a force for strong civil rights, including the civil rights of LGBT people. The Macy decision of 2012 made it clear to all employers that discrimination based on gender identity is sex discrimination, and violates the Federal Civil Rights Act.
